She has spent over 25 years working in a variety of positions including management, college professor and university lecturer. For the past fifteen years she has traveled North America speaking, training, and coaching in the domain of communication skills.

Lois Tori is a passionate coach who believes that using a respectful coaching approach with Leaders will help them achieve their potential. Don Cousens, Senior Associate – Governmental Leadership

Don Cousens has served in a variety of Political leadership positions since 1981 when he was first elected as MPP serving as Deputy Speaker, Minister of Corrections and Opposition Critic for Environment and Finance. His most recent role was as Mayor of Markham where he served from 1993 to 2007. Don also brings Business experience where he held a variety of leadership roles with Honeywell Limited. Don Cousens is available to work with Elected Officials and Government Staff Leaders.

Fred Faber, Senior Associate – Educational Leadership
Consultant, Trainer, Coach
Fred specializes in the area of “Bullying at Work”. Following a successful career in two different school boards as classroom teacher, guidance counsellor, department head, vice-principal and then secondary school principal, Fred now has system-wide responsibility for coordinating the Bullying Prevention Planning work of a large urban school board. His work at the Centre on “Bullying in the Workplace” is leading edge.

Focus: Targeting and Eliminating Bullying Behaviour in the Workplace
