TRAINING PROGRAM SERIES
Leadership by Engagement for Managers

Overview
This 5 session series offers managers
the opportunity to ensure a consistent, aligned, focused approach to operational
leadership.
Research has repeatedly indicated that people want to work in environments
where expectations are clear, they feel valued, involved and consistently
treated with dignity. Where there is recognition for a job well done and
a consequence for the non-performers who negatively impact productivity
and morale.
Communication in all direction – leaders to direct reports, their
own leader and peers is highlighted.

"I it my
pleasure to recommend to you the services of Ms. Kathleen Redmond. Kathleen
worked with us at the Royal Canadian Mint for several years, as a facilitator,
in French and English, of communication, problem solving and leadership
skills. Our values and ethics policies were built
into the training programs and facilitation work. We have made some considerable
strides in improving our culture and Ms. Redmond's interventions were
an excellent contribution to this effort. Kathleen worked with dedication,
consistency and we continue to pleased with the results of the training."
